Purchasing an item from our online store functions the same as any other e-commerce website with two additions:
an FFL shipping location and a document upload step.
A firearm cannot be shipped to your home. It must be shipped to a firearms dealer with an active Federal Firearms License (FFL).
At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a shipping location for your FFL item(s).
You will be able to select or enter any FFL location, including a Shoot Straight location.
Other items in your cart can be sent to any other shipping address.
If you are purchasing ammunition or other age/eligibility-restricted items, you will be required to upload proof of age (21+) and/or qualifying credentials before you can proceed to checkout.
This may include a photo ID and, if applicable, documentation verifying your eligibility for the Individual Officer Program.
After you place your order, our staff will review your uploaded documents. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
There are no additional fees for purchasing a product from us.
However, please note that any orders shipped to a locatiion that is not a Shoot Straight location will incur a shipping charge.
Orders sent to a Shoot Straight location for pick up will not be charge shipping.
Additionally, if you are picking up a firearm at any FFL dealer in Florida, the dealer will charge you $5.00 at the time of pickup to cover the the FDLE background check that is legally required with every firearm purchase.
Third party FFL dealers may also charge a transfer fee for handling your firearm pickup.
Please contact your local dealer to find out what they will charge for a firearm transfer.
All FFL dealers require proof of your current primary address before you can take posession of your firearm.
When you go to pick up your firearm, you must have valid proof of your current primary address.
Valid proofs include: driver's licence or state ID card, voter's registration, country property tax appraisal, vehicle registration, or hunting and fishing licenses.
You must present this proof at the time of pickup in order to take posession of your firearm.
